Spring is sprung, and we have asparagus from Capay Valley Organics. It’s tender, crisp and just about the best thing going this time of year. If you get tired of eating it plain, blanch a bunch and pop it into a creamy bread pudding!
Why coconut water? It’s full to the brim with potassium and electrolytes, refreshing and yummy to boot. Zico from Brazil is a staff favorite these days.
